Job Title: Business Development Executive
Company: Experience Fab
Location: NXONE, Greater Noida West
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience: 1–2 Years (Events & Exhibitions Industry Preferred)
Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Experience Fab is a full-service event management and brand experience agency specializing in corporate events, exhibitions, experiential activations, product launches, corporate offsites, exhibition stalls, roadshows, and brand engagement solutions. We conceptualize, design, and execute impactful brand experiences for clients across India.
Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships within the events and exhibitions industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and business development, with a passion for delivering creative event solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Acquire new corporate clients for events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, and brand activation projects.
- Understand client requirements and recommend customized event solutions.
- Schedule client meetings and deliver business presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
- Follow up with prospective clients and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Update CRM with lead status, sales activities, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with operations and project teams for smooth project execution.
Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
