Job Description
Role & responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a Inside Sales Executive at Allegient Unified Technology Delhi or Noida Extension. The Inside sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as cold calling, lead generation, customer service and support, and sales. The Inside sales Executive will work towards achieving monthly targets of lead generation and sales.
Qualifications
· Excellent communication skills
· Customer service, support, and interaction skills
· Ability to generate leads through effective tele-calling techniques
· Sales-oriented attitude
· Knowledge of basic computer operations and digital platforms for lead generation and sales
· Prior experience in telemarketing and customer service is a plus
· Bachelor's degree in any stream
