Job Description

- Assist senior accountants in preparing financial statements
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Assist with analysis and budgeting processes
- Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy
- Assist with tax audits and financial close processes
- Keep financial information confidential
- Assist with payroll processing
- Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
