Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain and update our candidate database and recruitment software.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of attention to detail and professionalism.
