Below are the details: Job Title: Sr. System Admin Job Location: Remote Shift: Rotational Roles and Responsibilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, able to communicate with clients, and write emails and chat without errors. Perform installation, customization, and maintenance of operating systems and system software products to support business processing requirements, including server and Windows patching. Strong knowledge of System Administration and Operating Systems (Windows & Mac). Day-to-day desktop troubleshooting, including Outlook issues, user profile migrations, QuickBooks installation, firewall rules, NAT rules, VPN configuration, and managing switches/routers.
