Job Description

Developing and Testing Java microservices

 Having good experience with Docker and Kubernetes scripting for deployment.
o Must have the ability to write scripts.
 Having Good support experience ( L2 & L3)
o Analysis and resolving escalated incidents.
o Analyzing and resolving regular incidents.
o Major System level changes, Re-configuring for resolution, Hot fixes
o Drills and Rehydration Support
 Will be doing On-Call support for P1 incidents.
 Experienced in incident and change management
 Must have understanding of SLA adherence
 Work with product team to provide logs etc. for service requests
 Good to Have exposure/ Experience in -- Azure APIM
o Good exposure of Azure and networking
o Experience in API versioning & API Security.
