Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Interact with international customers in the education sector via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to empathetically and effectively resolve customer concerns and provide information on educational services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and exceed performance targets.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding educational programs, enrollment procedures, and other related queries.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: PUC.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice processes, preferably in a customer support role.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work a 5-day week with 2 days off and utilize provided two-way cab transportation.
- Salary: Up to 29,000
