Job Description

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of insurance sales agents
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with marketing and underwriting teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing insurance sales

- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
