Orangeshark is seeking a motivated Inside Sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers to promote and sell our products. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Duties include following up on leads, providing information on products, and closing sales to meet monthly quotas. The Inside Sales representative will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for generating new business. Candidates should have a proven track record of sales success, be self-motivated, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar role and knowledge of CRM software are preferred. Job Description

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads
- Qualify leads and set appointments for outside sales team
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on inquiries
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Update customer database with accurate information
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns
- Attend regular sales meetings to discuss strategies and goals
- Keep up to date on industry trends and competitors
- Participate in ongoing training to improve sales skills
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
