Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads
- Qualify leads and set appointments for outside sales team
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on inquiries
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Update customer database with accurate information
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns
- Attend regular sales meetings to discuss strategies and goals
- Keep up to date on industry trends and competitors
- Participate in ongoing training to improve sales skills
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
