Job Description
- Promote and sell Ethnus products and services to potential clients over the phone
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products and services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for generating leads
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on customer interactions
- Assist in the development of sales training materials and programs
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
