Job Description
- Conduct inbound logistics and shipment planning for both full container load (FCL) and less-than-container load (LCL) shipments
- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients to drive sales and business development efforts
- Serve as a customer service representative for clients regarding shipping inquiries and assistance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and timely responses to customer needs
- Utilize sales techniques to identify and capture new business opportunities within the logistics industry
- Manage accounts by continuously updating client information in the company's database
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales activity, pipeline, and client interactions for management review.
