Job Description
- Handling inbound calls from customers
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Updating customer information in the system
- Collaborating with team members to optimize efficiency
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments
- Meeting or exceeding call metrics and targets
- Maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Continuously improving product knowledge and communication skills.
Location: Startek- *Shivaji nagar! SPOT OFFER- Walkins from Mon to Sat!
Qualification: UG/Graduate with 1 year experience
- Candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English (Versant Level 4)
- 6 Days working
- Rotational Shifts : (8 am - 8 pm) /9.hrs 45 mins
- 1 Rotational Off
CTC: Upto 29000/- per month
