As the Human Resources at EDlernity, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that support the company's overall objectives and promote a positive work culture. In addition, you will serve as a strategic partner to management, providing guidance on employee development, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Description

- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee relations
- Conduct training and development programs for staff
- Manage employee performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws
- Handle discipline and termination procedures as needed
- Monitor and report on HR metrics such as turnover rates and absenteeism
- Work closely with management to address HR issues and concerns
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
