Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding and releasing procedures, data maintenance, IT and non-IT recruitment, employee engagement, attendance and leave management, and policy implementation. As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of HR activities within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and releasing processes.
- Manage data maintenance, IT and non-IT recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, leave management, and policy implementation.
- Collaborate with departments to address HR-related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years proven experience as an HR Executive.
- Strong understanding of HR processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary:
Salary offered for this position is up to INR 20,000 per month.
