Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure job fit and culture fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and goals
- Collaborate with team members to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiencies
- Utilize business communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
- Monitor and track recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
