Job Description
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure successful hiring processes
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and requirements
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
- Utilize social media and other networking platforms for candidate sourcing
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the recruitment process
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
