Job Description
- Source candidates using various strategies such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
- Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages with selected candidates
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruiting strategies
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
