Job Description
- Source and recruit top talent through various channels
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Build employer branding to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Negotiate and extend job offers to qualified candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Language Required: Tamil, English, Malayalam, Kannad
Salary: 15k to 20k
