Job Description
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions within the company
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
