As an HR Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and making recommendations for hire. You will also assist with onboarding new employees and promote the employer brand to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

Job Description

- Source and attract candidates through various channels
- Screen and interview potential candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Make recommendations to hiring managers
- Conduct background checks and reference checks
- Develop and manage job descriptions and postings
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Maintain and update employee records
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
- Keep up-to-date with employment laws and regulations
