Job Description
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and records
- Stay current on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with hiring practices.
