Job Description
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source and screen candidates for various roles within the organization
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipeline and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Utilize social media and job boards to advertise job openings
- Coordinate and attend job fairs and networking events
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to recruitment
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.
