Job Description
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen and interview potential candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and goals
- Coordinate with team members to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners
- Manage the job offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits
- Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates
- Update job descriptions and job requirements as needed
- Assist with onboarding new hires and coordinating orientation programs
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition.
