Job Description
- Source and recruit candidates for various positions within the company
- Review and analyze resumes to determine best fit for open positions
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Create and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and team leaders
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Utilize recruiting software to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
- Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends and best practices to attract top talent
- Coordinate job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment efforts to expand candidate pool
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting a positive employer brand
- Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
