Job Description
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct interviews and phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
- Coordinate job offers and onboarding paperwork
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract candidates
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress and challenges.
