Job Description
- Conduct full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring potential candidates
- Utilize social media and job boards to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks on potential employees
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract candidates
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate records
