Job Description

- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Utilize online job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools to attract top talent
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system to accurately track candidate progress
- Assist with orientation and onboarding process for new hires
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Support HR team with special projects and initiatives as needed.
