Job Description
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various departments within Amazon
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial phone screens to negotiating job offers
- Utilize HRIS systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to build a strong employer brand
- Assist with onboarding and new employee orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the organization
- Support other HR initiatives as needed to contribute to Amazon’s overall success.
