Job Description
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract and engage potential candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Foster positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and approach to work, contributing to a positive work environment
- Take responsibility for achieving recruitment targets and deadlines
- Think creatively and strategically to identify and implement innovative recruitment solutions
- Provide support and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and processes
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes
