Job Description
- The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment and onboarding processes at The Golden Rise.
- Identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assist in hiring decisions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Administer and coordinate new hire orientation and training programs.
- Manage employee relations and assist with performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
