Job Description
- Responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for Flipkart seller network
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and screen candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and vendors
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process.
