Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including interviewing and onboarding new employees
- Oversee employee relations, including handling conflicts and conducting investigations
- Design and deliver training and development programs for employees
- Maintain compliance with all labor laws and regulations
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction
- Update and maintain employee records and HRIS systems
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR needs and challenges
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
