Job Description

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance on policies and procedures
- Coordinate performance management processes, including monitoring employee progress, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations
- Manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes
- Work closely with senior management to address organizational development and workforce planning needs
- Conduct regular HR audits and assessments to ensure smooth operation of HR functions
- Drive a positive and inclusive work culture, fostering employee engagement and retention.
