Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Conduct performance management and provide coaching and guidance to employees
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Enhance job satisfaction through employee engagement initiatives
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases
- Identify training and development needs for employees and oversee training programs
