Location
The HR will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks related to human resources functions. This includes assisting with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. The HR should be highly organized and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Facilitate new employee onboarding, including coordinating orientation and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee time and attendance.
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Maintain employee records, including personnel files.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist with employee relations issues and help maintain a positive work environment.
Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
