Guidance Placement is seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The HR Executive will also be tasked with developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to provide strategic input on organizational goals and objectives, as well as support the overall growth and success of the company through effective HR practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a solid understanding of HR best practices, are essential for this role.

Job Description

- Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and issues
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with company goals and regulations
- Conduct interviews, recruit, and onboard new employees
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff members
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and industry best practices
- Collaborate with managers to address staffing needs and support organizational growth
- Support the HR Manager in various HR initiatives and projects.
