• Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures.
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Managing employee benefits (ESI & PF).
• Experienced with recruiting and its full cycle.
• Having leadership qualities and abilities.

• 2+ years of experience as an HR executive or in any
similar role
• Knowledge of Excel
