Job Description
- Assist in recruitment process, including posting job openings and conducting initial screenings
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and paperwork processing
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR topics
- Assist in performance management process, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee events and activities
- Support HR manager in various administrative tasks as needed
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
