Job Description
- Assist HR Manager in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews
- Communicate with potential candidates to schedule interviews and provide necessary information
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations
- Assist with employee relations issues, including resolving conflicts and mediating disputes
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Provide support in performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback
- Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for employees
- Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance within the organization.
