We are Hiring - Sr Facility Executive
Loaction : Banaglore
Job Description
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
- Examine and test existing contracts.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
- Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.
- Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements related to AMC’s.
- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Implement strategies and maintain records of company assets in lines to the asset management control.
- Liaison with Property Managers / Department Heads to ensure timely closure of the purchase orders.
- Maintain a list with inventory checks for all locations in coordination with respective Property Managers/ Department Heads.
- Liaisoning with different concerned departments and ensuring the budget guidelines as per the company policy.
- Compiling and maintaining the list and copies of all statutory documents for the property and company.
- Conduct stock checks every quarter.
