We are Hiring - Procurement Manager
Location : Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities - Manager – Procurement
•   Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
•   Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
•   Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
•   Examine and test existing contracts.
•   Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
•   Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
•   Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.
•   Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.
•   Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements related to AMC’s.
•   Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
•   Implement strategies and maintain records of company assets in lines to the asset management control.
•   Liaison with Property Managers / Department Heads to ensure timely closure of the purchase orders.
•   Maintain a list with inventory checks for all locations in coordination with respective Property Managers/ Department Heads.
•   Liaisoning with different concerned departments and ensuring the budget guidelines as per the company policy.
•   Compiling and maintaining the list and copies of all statutory documents for the property and company.
•   Conduct stock checks every quarter.
