Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement hiring strategies to recruit qualified insurance agents
- Train and mentor new hires to ensure they are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve results
- Collaborate with HR department to streamline hiring processes and procedures
- Analyze data and reports to make informed decisions regarding hiring needs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
- Create a positive and motivating work environment for the team
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations related to hiring and insurance sales.

ï‚· Provide ongoing training, development, and performance management for the sales team.
ï‚· Monitor and analyze the team's performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
