Job Description
Head – Human Resources (People & Culture)
Location: Ahmedabad (with multi-city exposure)
Reporting To: Founder & CEO
Experience: 10–15+ years in HR leadership roles
Salary: 80 K to 1 Lac Per Month (Based on experience)
Role Objective
To build, scale, and lead the HR function at Qarmatek & Mobex by owning talent, culture, performance management, and compliance while ensuring the company attracts, retains, and develops high-quality teams during rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Culture
- Act as a culture carrier for the company’s values and lead the change during rapid scaling.
- Partner with leadership to strategize people initiatives and align with company goals.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Own the hiring strategy across all departments.
- Build scalable hiring processes and employer branding for a sustainability-led company.
- Performance Management
- Implement KRA/KPI frameworks and performance reviews.
- Drive a performance-driven culture and early identification of top talent and underperformers.
- Learning & Leadership Development
- Develop structured training programs for store staff, engineers, sales teams, and first-time managers.
- Focus on internal leadership development and succession planning.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Own HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and statutory compliance.
- Manage payroll, attendance, benefits, and handle employee relations matters.
- Employee Engagement & Retention
- Design and implement employee engagement programs.
- Focus on reducing attrition in high-pressure roles.
- HR Systems & Digitization
- Implement HRMS, optimize payroll systems, and use data for decision-making.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10–15+ years in HR leadership roles.
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, or multi-location operations.
- Strong background in high-growth environments.
