Job Description

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and support
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and dealers
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the GPS market
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales materials
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and increase brand awareness
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field required
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the GPS industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events
