Department Setup: Lead the establishment of the glass printing department, including the installation, calibration, and setup of printing machinery and associated equipment.
Operational Leadership: Take charge of day-to-day operations in the glass printing department, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Machine Operation: Operate glass printing machinery effectively, including loading and unloading glass substrates, setting up print jobs, and monitoring printing processes for quality and efficiency.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that printed glass products meet specifications for color accuracy, resolution, and adhesion.
Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of printing operators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success and the achievement of departmental goals.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize printing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce waste through continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
