Job Description
We are hiring for GeM Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Reviewing tender documents, and the scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, and financial criteria, preparing presentations, risk matrix, and pieces of information to top management to get approval for bidding.
- Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations.
- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.
- Communicating with multiple stakeholders and working on different tasks with competing deadlines is essential to a tender's success. It's also tiring, but it's vital for a tender executive to effectively multi-task throughout the tender process. Ability to delegate in a timely manner.
Skills Required:-
- Must have knowledge about L1 Co-ordinate
- Must have knowledge about GeM Portal
- Knowledge of Tender
- Good Knowledge of Computer
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of MS Word is must
- Knowledge of documentation Process
Working Days:- Monday to Saturday
Shift Timing:- 9:30AM-6:30PM
