Job Description
- Responsible for training front office staff on company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills
- Conduct ongoing evaluations to ensure staff retention of training materials
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and areas for improvement
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Assist with onboarding new front office employees and provide ongoing training support
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in front office management
- Work with human resources to coordinate training schedules and resources
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in training sessions and interactions with staff.
