Job Description

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
- Manage the front desk area and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations
- Provide support to the management team as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Uphold the corporate firm's professional image and standards at all times
