Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct skill development training in accordance with Ministry of Skill Development guidelines.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to enhance trainees' skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with the Ministry to meet program standards and objectives.
- Evaluate trainee progress and offer constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
- Fresh ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles.
- Adaptable and committed to maintaining industry standards.
- Proficient in training tools and equipment.
- Flexible and able to work in diverse regional settings.
- Passion for skill enhancement and training.
