Job Description
Main Responsibility is to develop the business of the company by enrolling new members / new business from existing members. Approaching the subscribers with right information by briefing the T&C at the time of enrolling in chit schemes .Ensure submission of proper documentation by members at the time of enrolments. Maintain cordial relations with the customer all the time. Should handle Team of 7-10 FSE. Should Monitor his/her daily day to day activities.
Market & Sell B2C Non-Banking Financial products like chit funds / Recurring Deposits / Pigmy deposits / Term deposits to the individual employers / Self-employed & investors.
